The Learning and Study Skill Association (LASSA, Ontario) and Learning Specialist Association of British Columbia (LSABC) in partnership with learning specialists from across Canada have joined to form the Learning Specialists Association of Canada (LSAC). LSAC is organizing the first national Learning Specialists conference - Converging in the Centre: Learning Support across Canada. This inaugural conference will run May 13 & 14, 2011 at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
